Project overview

1. Demolition works

The works began with the removal of internal doors, windows and the demolition of the brick wall. Plastering, laying of tiles and concrete layer was carried out to prepare the spaces for renovation.

2. Windows and doors works

Timber doors and window sashes were supplied and installed, as well as paint-reinforced granite tile window sills. Duralumin glass doors were installed.

3. Construction works

Full brick walls up to 3 m high were built, with plaster of sole and plaster inside the brick wall, also ordinary plaster on the facades up to 10 m. M-150 concrete layers were made for leveling the gres porcellanato tiles and covering with majolica tiles.

4. Roofing works

For the roof, bitumen emulsion waterproofing and two layers of bituminous membrane were applied. A layer of M 200 concrete was placed over the membrane and concrete cover for the terrace parapet, ensuring stability.

5. Hydro sanitary works

The works included the supply and installation of pipes and fittings for water supply and sewerage. Porcelain sinks, toilets and control wells were installed, guaranteeing an efficient hydro sanitary system.

6. Electrical works

Electrical panels, fuses, automatics and plastic pipe for electrical installations were supplied and installed. Various cables and plugs were assembled for a complete lighting and power system.

7. Works in external environments

Excavation of the soil and construction of the foundation with M100 concrete slabs was carried out. Reinforced concrete columns and concrete block walls were built with M-15 mixed mortar, finished with iron pipes and concrete drainage layer.
