Project overview

1- Demolition works

The demolition works in this investment facility consisted of demolishing the old layer of floor tiles throughout the station building, demolishing the interior and exterior plastering. The demolition of the old electrical network of the building was carried out.

  • The removal of all old doors and windows was carried out.
  • The demolition of the old waterproofing of the entire building was carried out.
  • The demolition of the walls was done to open the door of the office next to the inspectors from the outside and close the existing door with a brick wall, as well as the expansion of small windows to the dimensions of the existing windows of the facade in front of the building.
  • The old pavement around the building was demolished as it was damaged and later the new construction was done.

2- Masonry works

  • Brick wall construction was done to close the existing office door adjacent to the inspectors office.
  • The door of the ticket office from the inside of the building was closed with a brick wall, as well as the small window of the ticket office with an opening from the passenger hall.

3- Plastering works

  • Internal plastering of the walls and ceilings of the entire station building was done. This process was carried out after the process of demolishing the old plastering until the extraction of the brick, before doing the process of spraying all the walls and ceilings.
  • The entire facade of the Vora railway station building was plastered with graffiti.

4- Painting works

The interior surfaces were painted with hydromat paint and the exterior with first quality plastic paint.

5- Supply and installation of doors and windows

  • Duralumin plastic double glazed windows were installed.
  • Interior wood doors, exterior duralumin plastic doors without glass, and exterior metal and wood doors were installed.

6- Floor refinishing

All the offices and spaces of the station building were laid with porcelain stoneware tiles.

7- Laying the sidewalk and the square in front of the building

Paving was done throughout the station building. The sidewalk was made with C 16/20 class concrete. With C 16/20 concrete, a concrete channel with dimensions of 12 m length, 0.3 m height, 0.3 m width was made inside with iron pipes in order to remove the water from the part of the building, since in the case of torrential rains there was an entrance of water in the building.

8- Hydro sanitary works

 A porcelain sink, toilets, PVC drain pipe, floor tiles with a diameter of 50 mm, PE water supply pipes d=32 mm, d = 20 mm, sewage pipes, etc. were installed.

9- Electrical works

  • A thermo-electromagnetic differential 2 polar, 220V, 40A, 24 modular automatic machine was installed.
  • Plugs, switches, lights, conductors of different diameters were installed.
