1. Demolition works

• Demolition and dismantling of the existing podium.
• Dismantling and removal of existing doors.
• Demolition of plaster damaged by moisture.

• Dismantling and reinstallation of radiators.

2. Construction works

• Construction of brick walls with a thickness of 20 cm.
• Plastering of the new brick walls.
• Wall waterproofing with liquid bitumen for moisture protection.
• Construction of simple metal structures.
• Installation of 25 mm thick seasoned wooden flooring.
• Installation of laminate flooring.
• Carpet installation for flooring.
• Construction of a false ceiling with plasterboard.
• Wall cladding with moisture-resistant plasterboard.
• Column cladding with moisture-resistant plasterboard.
• Column cladding with laminate.
• Wall cladding with MDF.
• Installation of internal MDF wooden doors with wooden frames and secret locks.
• Ceiling painting with self-drying hydromat paint.
• Interior wall painting with hydro plastic paint.

3. Mechanical installations

• Installation of seamless steel pipes (Mannesmann).
• Installation of armaflex for seamless steel pipes.
• Installation of PP-R pipes with a diameter of 25x4.2 mm.
• Installation of ball valves and water filters DN 3/4, PN 16 bar.
• Installation of DN 40 anti-vibration joints.
• Installation of thermometers and pressure gauges for monitoring.
• Installation of air release valves and flow switches.
• Installation of aluminum foil cladding with a thickness of 0.4 mm for steel pipes connected to the chiller on the terrace.
• Installation of PVC pipes with diameters ranging from 25 mm to 50 mm.
• Installation of galvanized sheet metal air ducts.
• Installation of thermal insulation with industrial aluminum-coated cotton wool, 25 mm thick.
• Installation of anti-vibration couplings.
• Installation of insulated flexible ducts with a diameter of 150 mm.

4. Electrical installations

• Installation of copper cables with PVC insulation and sheathing, type FG7O-R, with cross-sections S=4x16 mm² and S=4x10 mm².
• Installation of electric cables with PVC sheathing, type FR-OR, with cross-sections S=3x2.5 mm² and S=3x1.5 mm².
• Installation of self-extinguishing flexible PVC pipes, plastic cable ducts 90/60 mm, schuko sockets, and accessories for switches and sockets.
• Installation of a 42 HU rack with network accessories, including FTP-cat6 patch cords, a 24-port RJ-45 patch panel, and two fiber optic ports.
• Installation of cable management systems and a fan group with 2 fans for the rack.
• Installation of FTP-cat6 LSZH computer network cables and UTP-cat5 LSZH telephone network cables.
• Installation of HDMI cables and computer and telephone outlets.
• Installation of RG-59 PVC-insulated cables, smoke and heat detectors, and fire alarm push buttons with glass break, Type 1469, IP-65.

5. Furniture and equipment

• Supply and installation of furniture such as MDF modular desks, podium, and chairs.
• Installation of a fresh air recuperator with cooling/heating water batteries.
• Installation of Chillers and Fan Coils for air conditioning.
• Installation of fluorescent lights, spot incasso, and IP cameras 1.3 Megapixel CMOS ICR Infrared Network Bullet Cameras.
• Installation of speakers, power amplifiers (Inter-M), and a microphone.
