Reconstruction of the Durrës Local State Archive

Project overview

As part of the project for the reconstruction of the Durrës Local State Archive, a number of works have been carried out as follows:

I. Demolition works

1. Plaster damage.
2. Brick wall demolition.
3. Damage to the tile layer.

II. Interior and exterior refinishing works

1. Masonry works.
2. Concrete and iron works.
3. Waterproofing and roofing works.
4. Layer works.
5. Ceiling and plastering works.
6. Patination and coating works.
7. Door and window works.
8. Painting works.
9. Arranging works.

III. Hydro sanitary works

1. Water supply.
2. Installation of hydro sanitary equipment.
3. Water discharge.

IV. Electrical works

1. Metal channel 150x50.
2. Metal channel 210x65.
3. Electrical panel.
4. Fitting PVC flexible pipe, flameless combustion and gas emission, heavy type 20mm, 25mm diameter.
5. Installation of distribution box 100x100 mm IP40.
6. Placement of PPV conductor with diameter 3 x 1.5 mm2.
7. Installation of HEPR insulation with reduced gas emission, halogen-free, non-flammable FG7OR S=3x2.5 mm2.
8. Placement of plugs and switches.
9. Installation of JM LED panel lights and incaso LED spot.
