Reconstruction and floor addition in kindergarten no. 13

Project overview

In the framework of the project for the reconstruction and additional floor in kindergarten no. 13, a series of necessary works have been carried out to improve its structure and functionality. Works include:

1- Internal demolition works

• Demolition of brick wall with cleaning.
• Sole damage.
• Foundation damage.
• Remove existing window.
• Remove existing doors.

2- General construction works

• Excavation and transport of soil up to 10m deep.
• Pouring, leveling and filling with soil.
• Gravel layer on the territory of buildings.
• Concrete construction for foundation and beams.
• Brick wall with 6 holes, 25.12 cm thick and 3 m high, mixed mortar M15.
• Various installations and insulations for lighting, water and ventilation.
• Laminate flooring, with ordinary granulated tiles 30 x 30 cm, with majolica tiles, with marble tiles.

3- Facades works and cladding

• Internal and external plastering.
• Coating with waterproofing and thermal insulation material.
• Installation of new windows and doors.
• Painting with plastic and hydro plastic paint of walls and ceilings.

4- Works for systematization of the square

• Gravel and sand layer for sidewalks and squares.
• Placing concrete curbs.
• Simple and composite metal construction.
• Filling and leveling of the terrain for fencing and tiling.

5- Electrical, hydro sanitary, heating, fire protection works

• Electrical works that include electrical, computer, telephone, intercom, TV, fire protection, and lightning protection system installations.
• Plumbing installations including mains water supply and sanitary water distribution system, sewage and rainwater drainage system, automatic water pumping station.
• Installation of the heating system (radiators).
• Installation of the fire protection system.
