Project overview

As part of the project for the construction of a 2-story guesthouse with an attic and 1 underground floor in Mat, a series of works have been carried out as follows:

A. Construction works

• Demolition works.

B. Electrical works

• Distribution cables.
• Installation of the power and lighting system.
• Computer and telephone network installation.
• Main electrical panel.

C. Hydro sanitary works

• Water supply from the network.
• Water supply distribution network inside the facility.
• Installation of the hydraulic system in the common sanitary and fire protection technical environments.
• Installation of internal and external wastewater discharges to wells.

D. Boiler heating system

• Installation of the distribution network of black steel pipes.
• Installation of UNI EN 1057 copper pipe network.
• Installation of the technical environment for hot water production.

E. Fire protection system

• Distribution of pipelines.
• Signaling board and hydrant switch.

F. Equipment and furniture

• Installation of sanitary equipment and water supply system.
• Installation of equipment for the fire protection system.
• Installation of equipment for the heating system.
• Furniture for the whole environment of the guesthouse, such as sofas, armchairs, chairs, tables, carpets, counters, beds, paintings, etc.
• Equipment for the restaurant and kitchen, such as television, computer, professional cooking stove, professional refrigerator, professional dishwasher, cooking equipment set, etc.
