Project overview
1. Passenger station
A) Passenger platform (100 m)
Excavation works were carried out with a wheeled excavator in channels with a width of more than 2 meters, on ordinary soil, category III, with unloading on the vehicle (station square).
Gravel and cobblestone filling was done on the body of the road, spread and compacted by machinery.
A 10 cm thick stabilizer layer was placed.
A foundation stone wall was built with M 25 mixed concrete.
C16/20 monolithic concrete structures were made, including the concrete band above the stone wall head.
Work was carried out for the construction of monolithic concrete structures C16/20 for the stairs and the retaining wall.
Shelter was placed in specific locations.
The sidewalk was built with a 6 cm thick concrete slab.
B) Demolition and construction of the surrounding wall in front of platform
Work was carried out to demolish the wall with concrete blocks.
Excavation of the soil was done with an excavator in channels wider than 2 m.
A layer of river gravel with a thickness of 20 cm was placed.
C16/20 monolithic concrete structures for foundations and column bands were realized.
Walls were built with concrete blocks t=20 cm up to 3 m.
C) Railway station square
Excavation of soil was carried out with an excavator, in channels with a width greater than 2 meters, in ordinary soil, category III, with unloading in a vehicle (station square).
Gravel and stone filling was done on the road body and spreading and compaction by machine.
A 20 cm thick stabilizer layer was placed.
A binder layer was placed with washer tile, 5 cm, by machine.
Monolithic concrete structures C 16/20 were made for the foundation of the building.
D) Square sidewalk
Excavation and backfilling with gravel and stone, spreading and compaction by machinery were carried out.
Concrete structures C 16/20 were realized.
20x35 cm concrete curbs were placed and a 6 cm thick concrete slab sidewalk was built.
E) Surface water drainage
Excavation of the soil was carried out with an excavator, in channels wider than 2 meters, category III, with unloading on the vehicle.
The body of the road was filled with gravel and stone, spread and compacted by machinery.
Reinforced concrete rain wells 40x60, h=100 cm with cast iron lids and ribbed HDPE SN8 pipes with a diameter of 400 mm were installed.
F) External electrical installations
Works were carried out for the installation of plastic wells 40x40x40 cm.
Conical metal poles h=9 m and grounding electrodes were assembled.
Centrifugal pillars 10-12 m were moved.
The electrical framework that serves for the lighting of the station and the parking lot was installed.
PVC insulated cables and rigid PVC pipes with flame protection were installed.
Color dome cameras, shockproof and with infrared capabilities were installed.
The central CCTV system, Multiplexer, NVR, software and a 42" monitor for managing the camera system were installed.
G) Prefabricated building with sandwich panels 20 m²
The prefabricated building was built with metal constructions and sandwich panels, including electrical, hydraulic and hydro sanitary installations, as well as the construction of septic tanks and water storage with a capacity of 1000 liters.
2. Construction of Kashar railway line no. 3
A) Assembly of the R-300M rail switch
Disassembly of the existing railway line
Stress relief on the main railway line.
Excavation of the existing track with an excavator.
Supply and installation of r-300m right rail switch.
Backfilling with gravel and quarry stone on the body of the road.
B) Rail welding with aluminotherm

C) Construction of the railway line
Construction of the railway line (excavation + workshop + transportation of sleepers and rails + material)
Excavation of the existing track with an excavator.
Gravel and quarry fill on the road body.
3. Laknas station
A) Construction of levels crossing
Excavation of soil with an excavator in channels with a width greater than 2m, in ordinary soil of category III, with unloading in the vehicle.
Construction of monolithic concrete structure C 20/25 for the road.
Supply and placement of periodic concrete rebar with a diameter of 6-10 mm for the ramp.
Installation of the L 150x100 profile for the level crossing.
5 cm thick washer shingle binder layer, spread and compacted by machine.
Asphalt-concrete layer with washer shingle 3 cm thick, spread and compacted by machine.
B) Fence of the territory of the railway terminal
Excavation of soil with an excavator in channels with a width greater than 2m, in ordinary soil of category III, with unloading in the vehicle.
Construction of the surrounding wall with monolithic concrete structure C16/20.
Supply and installation of 20 x 40 mm galvanized carrier.
Supply and installation of galvanized metal fence door.
C) Electrical installations (Laknas station lighting)
Supply and installation of plastic wells with dimensions of 40x40x40 cm.
Placement of conical metal pole with a height of 9 m for lighting.
Installation of low voltage cable with PVC insulation 5x25 mm².
Installation of flexible PVC pipe with a diameter of 80 mm.
Placement of electrodes for grounding.
Installation of 3 m long electric metal blocking beam for the level road.
Electric frame for the lighting system.
D) Systematization of the square at the entrance of the railway station
Placing a 10 cm thick stabilizing layer for the pavement.
Supply and placement of concrete curbs with dimensions of 20x35 cm.
Construction of monolithic concrete structure C16/20 for the pavement.
Construction of the sidewalk with 6 cm concrete, paved with tiles.
Gravel and stone fill in the road body, spread and compacted by machine.
Stabilizing layer with a thickness of 20 cm for the square.
E) Prefab building with sandwich panels (20 m²)
Construction of the prefabricated building with metal construction and sandwich panels, including electrical, plumbing and hydro sanitary installations.
Installation of septic tank and water deposit with a capacity of 1000 liters.
Construction of the foundation of the building with monolithic concrete structure C16/20.
