Construction of the school Zikxhafaj Kanaparaj

Project overview

1- Excavation work

 Excavation work was carried out which included excavation of free and forced sections for wing foundations. Also, soil filling and gravel filling were carried out.

2- Concrete and reinforced concrete works

The foundation stone wall was built with M25 mixed mortar. The belts, arches and columns were concreted with reinforced concrete M-200. Polystyrene concrete slabs and C16/20 concrete slabs were installed. The stairs were made with M250 concrete and various layers were concreted, including the floors.

3- Demolition works

Doors and windows were removed. Concrete slabs and reinforced concrete stairs were broken. The layers of concrete and some walls built with stone and brick were also destroyed.

4- Masonry, plastering and layering works in the school

A light brick wall was built and internal and external plastering with cement mortar was carried out. Also, the corridors were paved with cement.

5- Roof insulation works

 Roof waterproofing works were carried out by placing 2 layers of bituminous membrane paper and layers of cement glaze above and below the waterproofing layers. Also, vertical and horizontal gutters were installed for water drainage.

6- Flooring and cladding

40x40 gravel and 40x40 sandstone tiles were laid on the sidewalks. Also, cement tiles and majolica tiles were installed in toilets and laboratories.

7- Door and window work

 New wooden and plastic doors and windows were installed. The exterior and interior walls were painted.

8- Hydro sanitary works

Zingato and plastic pipes were installed. Water tanks, sinks, toilets, and other hydro sanitary equipment were installed.

9- Electrical works:

Conductor cables and electrical pipes were installed. Plugs, portlights and electrical frames, as well as plastic cassettes, were installed.

10- Fencing works and lining square

Excavations were carried out and the foundations of the fence were laid. Bases were concreted with M-150 and M-200 concrete, and iron fence and metal gate were installed. Also, a layer of concrete adhesive slab was laid for the lining square.
