Construction of the 3rd floor of the Golem Municipality offices

Project overview

In the project for the construction of the third floor of the Golem Municipality offices, numerous works have been carried out to ensure a modern and functional structure. The works include:

1- Demolition works:

• Demolition of brick walls to enable the reorganization of spaces.
• Supply and installation of glass windows to provide natural light and views.
• Works with plasterboard for the creation of partition walls and decorative elements.

2- Masonry works:

• Construction of 20 cm thick brick wall, including terrace parapet.
• Construction of 12 cm thick brick wall for internal structures.

3- Concrete works:

• Reinforced concrete columns M200.
• Reinforced concrete architrave beam M200.
• Flat slab.
• Monolithic ladder M250.
• The use of concrete iron for strengthening structures.

4- Layer works:

• Loose cement layer for surface improvement.
• Import tile flooring.
• Staircase with P11/marble.
• Terrace waterproofing for moisture protection.
• Terrace thermal insulation to increase energy efficiency.
• Sheet metal protection for the safety of structures.

5- Plastering and painting works:

• Plastering of internal and external walls, as well as ceilings.
• Wall covering with imported tiles.
• Painting of interior walls and facades.

6- Door and window works:

• Supply and installation of duralumin windows.
• Supply and installation of internal wooden doors.
• Supply and installation of duralumin interior doors.

7- Hydro sanitary works:

• Supply and installation of sinks and toilets.
• Installation of xingato 1/2 pipes and connectors for water distribution.
• The use of plastic pipes with diameters of 100, 70, and 50 mm for the water supply system.
• Supply and installation of water storage with a capacity of 1000 liters.
• Supply and installation of electric pump for water management.

8- Electrical works:

• Installation of plugs, lighting system, and plugs for telephone and internet.
• Supply and installation of the ventilation and heating system, including an indoor unit.
