Construction of service facilities at the Coca-Cola production plant

Project overview

Within the project for the construction of service facilities at the CCBS production plant in Tirana, a series of essential works have been carried out for the creation of a functional and efficient infrastructure. Works include:

A. Construction works

1- Earthworks:

• Excavation of soil for foundations and filling with gravel next to the foundations.

2- Reinforced concrete and iron works:

• Gravel layer under the foundation, concrete foundation M200, and installation of reinforced concrete belt on the foundation.
• The use of monolithic polystyrene and reinforced concrete slabs for stair ramps, with floor layers and M300 reinforced concrete columns.

3- Masonry works:

• Construction of brick walls with a thickness of 20 cm and 10 cm.

4- Terrace works:

• Thermal insulation layer and waterproofing with specialized material for terrace protection.

5- Layer works:

• Construction of various layers, including gravel, mortar and tiles for indoor and outdoor environments.

6- Plastering and painting works:

• Plastering and painting walls and ceilings, including the use of majolica tiles.

7- Door and window works:

• Installation of duralumin doors and windows for interiors and bathrooms.

B. Fire protection, water supply, drainage

1- Internal downloads:

• Installation of polypropylene pipes and other elements for water discharge.

2- Rainwater system:

• Plastic pipe for the discharge of rainwater, with supporting elements.

3- Apparatus and hydro sanitary equipment:

• Supply and installation of equipment such as toilets, sink, and shower set.

4- Drinking water:

• Installation of pipes for drinking water, with auxiliary and protective elements.

5- Fire extinguishing system:

• Installation of pipes and equipment for fire protection, including hydrants and fire extinguishing systems.

C. Electrical works and air conditioning

• Installation of plastic pipes and cables for electrical, lighting and air conditioning systems, including switch breakers and lighting necessary for the operation of the premises.
