In the project for the construction of internal roads in the CCBS environment, numerous works have been carried out to ensure a functional and sustainable road infrastructure. Works include:
Scarification of the existing layer: Scarification of the existing surface was carried out to prepare the ground for the new construction.
Gravel filling and compaction (20 cm): Gravel filling and compaction was carried out to create a strong and stable base.
Profiling with stabilizer: Stabilizer was applied to improve surface stability and prepare for future layers.
Binder layer: A binder layer was placed to provide firm support for the asphalt layer.
Spraying with bituminous emulsion: After placing the binder layer, spraying with bituminous emulsion was carried out to guarantee the bond between the layers.
Asphalt concrete layer: A reinforced asphalt concrete layer was laid by emulsion spraying, providing a stable and safe surface for traffic.
Supply and placement of concrete curbs: The supply and placement of concrete curbs was carried out to limit and organize the spaces.
T/Normal excavation and side channels: Excavation of forced sections was carried out to create side channels for water drainage.
Supply and installation of PE pipes: The supply and installation of PE pipes with diameters of 315 mm and 630 mm for the sewage system was carried out.
Construction of rain wells: Rain wells were built with M-200 concrete and cast iron gutters for efficient surface water management.
